CBCS harrassing me for bill that is NOT mine! ripoff COLUMBUS Ohio

Chad from CBCS has been calling for months. I finally called back to ask him to stop calling me. After being hung up on by Kevin, Jane (supervisor), Lawrence, Kelly and Ron. I started to get very angry. I believe I was hung up on because I was trying to confirm the name of their company, address and reason for their call. I was told they were conducting "personal business" for Larry Alexander (have NO idea who that is). When I asked them to remove my name from their list, Lawrence told me to "PAY MY BILL". What bill? Who is Larry?

I called the Ohio BBB, filed an online complaint, and was only able, from the BBB, to get CBCS's address. I called back to confirm with the company and they asked me why I kept calling them. I was then told by Ron that it "didn't matter" where they were, and to "grow up" and "stop calling". He then proceeded to punch a number key so that a screeching sound came through the phone for about a minute.

Who is this company? Are they truly collecting on non-existant bills? They should all be arrested! I believe it, though - none of these people could be true professionals - working in a legit job. CBCS should be shut down.

Anyone know if CBCS or BBB reads these entries?
