CBCS ripoff COLUMBUS Ohio
THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN OVER AN ALLEGED DEBT FROM PROGRESS ENERGY ELECTRIC LOCATED IN SOUTH NEW JERSEY. THIS ALLEGED DEBT HAS BEEN DISCHARGED BY THE BPUC IN NJ FOR A BROKEN CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF, A CONSUMER AND THE CREDITOR, PSE$G. DURING A PAYMENT AGREEMENT TO PAY AN ALLEGED DEBT THAT HAS BEEN DISPUTED SINCE FEBRUARY 2003, I CONTINUED TO PAY ON THIS MONTHLY AFTER MY RELOCATION TO NORTH CAROLINA, WAITING FOR AN AUDIT AND ASSISTANCE FROM THE BPUC. NEVER RECEIVED AN AUDIT OR ASSISTANCE, THE BPUC ADVISED ME THAT THIS WAS PLACED UNDER THE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FOR FILES, SINCE THEY PLACED ME UNDER COLLECTIONS WHILE AGREEMENT OF PAYMENT. THEY BROKE OUR AGREEMENT AND PLACED THIS ALLEGED DEBT IN TO MY CREDIT RECORDS EVEN AFTER CONTINUING TO PAY ON THIS DEBT. I MADE FOUR PAYMENTS AND NOT REALIZING THAT THIS WAS ALREADY HURTING MY CREDIT SCORES UNTIL I MADE AN INQUIRY. I CONTACTED THE CREDITOR AND REQUESTED AN IMMEDIATE RELEASED DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, INSTEAD THEY PURSUED THEIR COLLECTIONS BY HIRING THIS OUT OF STATE COLLECTION AGENCY. THERE IS NO FAX NUMBER, WEBSITE AND I CAN NOT GET THROUGH A HUMAN PERSON TO DISCUSS THIS ALLEGED OBLIGATION. PSE$G HAS VIOLATED MY RIGHTS.
PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS MATTER.

Well good luck with your claim, however you might as well go talk to some cows instead of calling CBCS collections. I have something from Arch Wireless, I guess they are a pager company, but I've never had a pager. Anyway I called them today, and was hung up on and then told that they do not have to send me proof of my bill, I just owe them the money. Their ph # is 614-222-4333.
