CBD Labs Authorized payment without my approval after I cancelled before trial period was up. Tulsa Oklahoma

I received an e-mail for a trial of CBD oil for $4.97. My 85 year old mom had tried some CBD before and it worked great. So since I can't leave my mom's side for very long, I thought I would just order this trial for her. I ordered it on 1-5-2018, I got it on 1-10-2018, and it was pretty much nothing but olive oil. My mom tried it that day and it did absolutely nothing. It did not work at all for her and I know that when I purchased some CBD oil, here in town, it worked wonders for her, I called CBD Labs out of Doral, Fl., and had them cancel and future shipments. I was informed there was no auto-ship or auto-pay, and that my mom's credit card would not be charged for anything other than the $4.97.

I just received my mothers bank information and there was a charge of $79.95 as of 1/23/2018 from Skin Health Systems aka CBD Labs (Doral, FL). I contacted Skin Health Systems/CDB Labs about the transaction and was told that the charge was for the trial bottle I received. I informed them that I had cancelled the order before the trial period was over, and was told that no future charges would be charged since I had called before the trial period was ended. This lady on the phone stated that there was not record of that previous call, and that they could not resend the $79.95 payment. I told her that the product did not even work for my mom and that was why I cancelled it before the trial period was over, but she said there was nothing she could do about the charge. This product does not work, and tastes like pure Olive Oil. This company (scammers) should be ashamed of themselves for praying on people in pain that really need REAL CDB Oil.
