David Waronker of CBD Real Estate Investment LLC or Desert Mountain LLC on eBay sells garbage land with significant back taxes associated with each property. The sizes of the lots are greatly overstated and the thousands and thousands in back taxes are not dislosed, and Waronker refuses to pay when brought up.
Avoid at all costs David Waronker on eBay, in person, or anywhere else you may run into him. His business practices are shady, dishonest, and hurtful to the customer.
He goes by "desertmountainllc" on eBay, and CBD Real Estate Investment LLC out of Celebration, Florida and Mount Laurel, New Jersey online. I have to repeat, do not do any real estate trasactions with David Waronker unless you want thousands of backtaxes and debt collectors immediately calling trying to collet the debts David Waronker of CBD Real Estate Investment LLC owes on all taxes.

I am sad my late father did not see this report before doing business with this "company" as my family is experiencing very similar issues. Attorneys are now involved and even they are not getting answers.
We highly recommend anybody seeing this be extremely careful before getting involved with David Waronker and his associates. Good luck

If you are in business long enough - and we have been in business over 30 years - you occasinally deal with strange customers and this "Ron" is an example. Bottom line, "Ron" bought a small parcel of land from us at an agreed price and with certain conditions of sale INCLUDING willingness to accept title "as is" with known back taxes and dues. Our selling descrioption had two paratraphs explaining this to "Ron" but he did not read nor fail to understand the simple terms. At one point he accused us of changing the wording of the listing after the sale concluded. Impossible to do. He complained to eBay and eBay would not consider his argument. He whined and complained to anyone who would listen, and, obviously resorted to this website as an avenue to share his wanton complaint. We have sold thousands of properties similar to the one "Ron" bought and have had no complaints. Then comes Ron. We welcome anyone to call us or email us at anytime, we are completely open to dsicussing this unjust complaint.
