CBM1290 / Amazon.com Scam - Merchandise never arrived Commerce, California Internet

On June 18, 2015 I placed an order on line with Amazon.com / Third party seller CBM1290 (Cost $769.99).

Order was advertised as: Free shipping with commitment delivery date: June 25 to June 30, 2015.

I was informed that order was to arrive on June 29, I waited at home and never arrived.

Then, on June 30th I stayed home waiting and nothing arrived.

On July 1st I called Shipping Company to inquire about order. Shipping company could not locate my order. Amazon.com indicated me to contact CBM1290 (third party Amazon company) to check my order, CMB indicated shipping company made a mistake. 

 As of today August 22, I have not received my order. Amazon.com & Amazon’s third party (CBM1290) are refusing to help. They push me to call the shipping company.

Amazon.com & Third party push me to dispute with shipping company my case. The shipping company is refusing to work with me. They only talk to CBM1290.

This has been the worst experience when buying from Amazon.com. Still disputing full refund $769.99 as merchandise was never delivered to me.

Customer service: terrible, "do not care attitude".
