Received a pre-recorded message via my cell phone while at work. The caller ID showed 'Unknown Call'. The message was looking for 'Deborah Williams' and to press 1 if her or press 2 if not. After pressing 1, another prompt indicated that I needed to call 'Tom' immediately for he needed to speak to me today.

Calling from a landline phone to the number left on the recording, a female answered the phone; but, would not identify herself. She did however, identify the company, and asked me why I was calling. I quickly hung up.

Doing further research on the number and the company information, I found several blogs dating back as far 2007 and as early as March 2008 whereby several people have encountered the same scenario and filed complaints as appropriate.
