CBT Media Group - MaleBoxDVD RIPOFF! Avoid at ALL COST! CBT Media Group Van Nuys California
Enter into a trial membership with MaleBoxDVD.com. My account was charged $17.95 for a month's use. I received my 1st rental almost 2 weeks later. The disc was extremely scratched and the movie was of low quality. I immediately returned the 1st rental & requested my account be closed.
I received a 2nd disc a week later. I promply returned this rental. However, My account was charged 39.99 for a disc that wasn't return within 7 days! THIS IS A TOTAL OF $57.90 for 2 used discs rentals (both DVDs were returned within 24 after receiving).
I did some checking on the internet and found this to be a common practice/scam of CBT Media Group. I have contacted my bank and requested a chargeback on my account. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

I too was ripped off by this company earlier this year. After I resigned my membership due to the scratched and unplayable DVDs they sent and the bad customer service, I was charged $59.95 on my credit card for a DVD they said I did not return within 7 days of resigning. I actually sent back the DVD before I resigned so they received all items due to them. I filed a complaint with the internet crime complaint center and the better business bureau in Culver City, California.
I never received a refund for my money, but now I'm convinced this company is no good! BEWARE!
