After a couple of months discussion and Adrian Villareal's urging I gave notice to my former employer in order to go to work for CC Choppers. Adrian had asked what it would take to get me to work with him.

I told him that I needed $700.00 a week in my pocket, after taxes, to go to work with him. Adrian agreed and I started working with him on August 16, 2005. Adrian had promised a 5 day work week, with Sundays and Mondays off.

I worked with Adrian for 7 days from August 16th to August 25th. Adrian had not discussed my pay scale with his father and partner, Leonard Villareal.

I was told by Leonard Villareal on the afternoon of August 25, 2005 that they could not afford to pay me at the agreed rate. Leonard left the room and I asked Adrian what he wanted to do. He said he did not know, and that he would call me that night.

I recieved not call from him until Wednesday, August 31, 2005, after he obviously had recieved my demand letter for the unpaid wages and my promise to file suit if not paid by September 2, 2005.

I was unable to take that one and only call from him but I did recieve a nasty message on my voicemail. To date I have not recieved my unpaid wages and intend to file suit against him September 6, 2005.
