CC's Medi Spa CC's Spa and Chiropractic Not paying employees, possible insurance fraud. Internet
First of all, I'd like to remain anonymous. I have friends that work there and I don't want to endanger their well-being.
Last week, CC's spa refused to pay their employes on time (regularly fridays), and told those employees they would receive half their check on Tuesday. When those 50% checks arrived, they bounced. And some people have overheard talk of insurance fraud.
I also plan on contacting the BBB and the Indiana Dept of Labor with this. It's something that should be looked into. Thanks for your time.

Unfortunately, today the Board of Directors had to let an employee go due to her violating her contract. We have a stack of signed affidavits that have been passed along to our attorney this afternoon regarding the behavior of this former employee, who used to hold a management position with our company. Complaints from clients as well as complaints from her employees as well. The timing of the post seems a little suspicious considering this all happened today. Does not take much to link this report and the date of termination. I do think that it is awful that she would bad-mouth our new Chiropractor who was voted the #1 Chiropractic in our area. I am in awe that she would stoop so low. I can assure you that as a part-owner and actively involved in the Chiropractic side of our wonderful business that absolutely no fraud is occurring and making comments without proof is slanderous.
She upset one of our employees to the point that I had to walk her to her car while this EX-employee was on the premises. We are a small business that works incredibly hard to take care of our guests, independent contractors and employees. That will continue to be our goal regardless of what lies disgruntled employees try to say.
I invite anyone to visit our Spa and make your own judgement. Negativity breeds negativity and that is not the way we run our business. We are a TEAM and our current staff realize that.
Lastly, we have nothing to hide so she can contact whomever she like, I just hate that it will only come back to bite her when we are cleared of any of these accusations that hold no merit.

I just had to make a rebuttal about CC Spa. Everything that was stated in the original post was and is true. The owners of CC Spa do not treat their employees like they give a crap about them at all. Signed, a former therapist

Jessica it was not hard to figure out that it was you, remember you have "friends" that work here. This is your warning to cease and desist the slander and defamation of character that you continue to write about us. Ask Larry or Scott and they will explain it to you. You just need to move on with your life, your jealousy of how well we are doing and how far we are going is pouring out of you and it is unattractive. Our attorney's are working on this matter.
BTW, how is the new "diet" going?
I would love to discuss these accusations face to face to see your "proof" because all you have at this moment is hearsay (Larry can explain that to you too!) Name the time and place I will be there with bells on to get copies of your proof.
PS We all know the reason you want to stay anonymous is because you are a cyber-bully. If you don't have the guts to say it to us directly then don't type it.
