I reading through all these reports I have decided not to even call the #800-277-7056 or 702-734-1212 to activate this bogus card. I received my letter on 7/10/02 so if you have old addresses & phone #'s here is the updated info. CCA Credit Service Division, P.O. Box 46101, Las Vegas, NV 89114-6101 or P.o. Box 15130 Las Vegas NV 89114. My letter was written by C.W. Anderson, New Accounts Manager.
