Complaint Review: Cca Ccs Merchant Credit Card

BEWARE, of this "to good to be" company. My name is Thyias of pasadena, CA. I was taken in by this to good to be company. The company offed me a credit card with an 8,500.00 credit line; Don't let this happen to you. I was lied to by customer service reps and a supervisor. Yes, I do have bad credit and was looking for help to repair my credit score. I was told that the company would report to all 3 credit agencies that I possesed a high end line of credit card, that would help raise my credit score. What a joke! I became leery of the company when I had to give my bank account information to a complete stranger over the phone. after nervously, reconsidering my decision, I called the company back to close the accounts. Again, coereced, and double teamed by a supervisor and customer rep, with even more offers and credit vouchers and such; decided to keep the account. Because you can only use this credit card with catalogs they send you, I have waited patiently for three week, NOTE: I never recieved the catalogs. During this time I had a chance to follow my suspisions and researched the company. I found so many fraud reports against this company, and that they had been sued by the Consumer Protection Board, my head spun around like Carrie in the movie the excorist. I immediatly called customer service to close my account and indicated to the ooh so nice lady, who took my call, that I wanted nothing to do with this company! Can you believe she tried to offer me hundreds of dollars worth of credit voucher. When I stated to her that the two of us should no longer communicate, and asked to speak to a supeeervisorrrr, she hung up the phone on me. I tried several times immediatly following that call to call back, and wouldn't you know my calls never went through.. I began to think that my phone number was blocked from the company or something. All this AND, the company have my BANK account INFORMATION... I am still in the process of closing these accounts with no resolution in sight. how hard can it be? let's not forget the fact that this company has been known to sell you bank account information and background inormation to to other companies like this what a shame. I Fell so foolish. Guess, what Just got another offer from a company that appears to be in the same market as CCA merchant credit card company.. Can anyone help me?
