Clayton Browne is a employee/ supervisor of CCA and when I tried to cancel my membership, he would not allow me to end my membership.

He repeatedly knocked the price of membership instead of honoring my request to cancel. He went down in ten dollar incriments.

He used high pressure tatics to keep me as a member despite the fact that I have not recieved any service to date.

I wanted to cancel and to recieve a refund, however Clayton Browne made this immpossible.

I'm back - I like to add my rebuttal. Well Tom, I didn't receive any package from C.A.A. credit service division. If they going to take another $100.00 out of my checking account this 12/01/05? I GOT NEWSFLASH FOR YOU!!! IT WON'T HAPPENED!!!

What does it say in your agreement about cancelling? They will apply high pressure tactics which are legal to keep you as a customer, but you made the decission to be their cusotmer; you then have to make the decission to not be their customer. Just follow what the cancellation policy is.
