Complaint Review: CCA - Credit Service Division

I received one of CCA credit card (the one that says you've pre approved) today. This is the second one I've received in a while. I decided to call them to have my name removed from the mailing list. I called at 2:04pm (PST) to have my name removed. I called back at 4:15pm (PST) to see if my name was removed and told the Nicholas that I wanted my name removed from the Database as well. He claimed that he couldn't do that. I told him that I spoke to Eric (Eric claimed he was supervisor) and that he removed me and that I wanted to make sure that I was removed. Nicholas passed me on too Eric who said I was removed. I told Eric I wanted to be removed from the Database. He said he couldn't remove me from that database for their aren't technicians.
