Complaint Review: CCA Credit Service Division

I receive a card thinking it was a credit card and it's not.They say I had a credit limit of 6,500 but I can't find their catalog on the internet.They said I had to call the 800-277-7056 to activate the card so I did.There is no such thing as the CCA catalog on the internet.I didn't use the card,but it had my hopes up thinking I had a credit card finely.It's all a lie.I didn't give them any money thank god for that.Everything is a lie.
