CCA credit service division ripoff-take took $199.00 from my bank account for visa check card and master card. did not receive any type of card. corruption dishonest ripoffs Las Vegas Nevada
This company has several different names, under CCS with the phone number (972) 661-5445 and my contract number 12862, took out of my checking account $199 for a visa card and master card.
Their phone numbers are not toll free. In June $199 was taken out my account and was suppose to receive a visa and master card in a couple weeks it never did come. I talk to someone by the name of Ursula at 1-800-895-6234, she gave another phone number 1-800-577-2723.
When I called they gave me another phone number 1-619-583-3790 and 1-619-583-3765 these are not toll free numbers. when I talked to them they said my cards were sent out July 12, 2002, but was lost in the mail and they would expedite my cards.
This is September, 2002 and have not received anything about visa and mastercard, and I am out of $199.00 which I would like to get back since I am disabled and not working, and also a senior citizen. What I received was a First National Card which is worthless. This kind of rip off has to be stopped!!!
