According to local retailers the statement that they've made was that they can only honor AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and/or Discover when purchasing items with credit card. And seems to me that these MOTHERFU**ERS financially "RAPE" consumers of their hard-earned trying to make a name for themselves!!!
