Complaint Review: Cca First National Card

I never applied for this card. When I called, the woman on the phone was unable to answer any questions I had and gave me a wrong phone number to have my name taken off the mailing list. I asked her her name and she said it was Gloria Isabel but it took a while for her to answer me. So I do not think that is even true. I asked to speak to a manager and she did not answer me. I asked again same thing then she hung up on me.

I called back the same woman answered the phone to me that is a little strange since this was suppose to be a customer service center with hunderds of employees that I would get the same girl twice so when she hung up on me for the second time I call back and guess who answered the phone?? Yes you guessed it Gloria. This to me only says one thing - a total scam!!!

So do your self a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
