I received this card in the mail from CCA First National Card.

I couldn't find any local numbers to call so I decided to checkthe internet and I found this site. The number that is shown is invalid or busy all the time.

This is a rip off company I discovered so Beware. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is. BEWARE CONSUMERS.
