Complaint Review: CCA First National Card

I am very unhappy with this credit card service. I called to activate my card and I am afraid that I have been charged ON THE CREDIT CARD THEY ISSUED. I tried to call customer service but all I get are recordings. No one answers the telephone lines and I want to send all the paperwork back cut up the card and be done with it. I need to get in touch with someone but they are not helpful at all NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER and when I called the recording stated that I have been charged for activiation fee and annual fee totaling 400.00 when all I wanted was to ask questions to a rep. I wish I would have searched online sooner. Please help. Lost in NY!!!!

I am young woman trying to clean up her credit not ruin it and they lured me in, used a very confusing contract and I have not been able to get in touch with a rep. THIS IS SIMLY UNJUST!!! DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM!! I NEED HELP!
