CCA First National Card ripoff, fraud, seemingly non-existent, accessed my personal account fraudently deceptive company Las Vegas Nevada
I Recently was contacted by this company who made sure to get there monies up front with the verbal promise to send the catalog to shop from. They gave me a $5000 limit and I have yet to get a catalog or find them anywhere over the internet. It's like they don't even exist.
What I don't understand is how they can continue to get away with this , when if I did such an act of fraud, I may be subjecting myself to prosecution for a fraudulent act. Who protects the CONSUMER from these fake companies, and what protects our bank accounts and etc. I want my activation fee and whatever monies I spent getting this card to be refunded.
What do I do? Who will help me to get them out of my LIFE? It's a no wonder the economy is in such a bad way.
We allow so many people to committ crimes of fraud, and to take peoples' monies, which leaves the consumer ignorantly incapable of doing anything. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
