Complaint Review: CCA First National Card

i just recieved a card today from them - i thought it was a credit card.They wanted me to call and activate it but i decided to look it up on the web and i'm glad i did!What i want to know is how they got my info-- i never filled out any application for this company. needless to say--this card will be going into the trash!
