I just got here in the 4 months ago. Meaning I know how credit is important here and that your SSN is also a personal no. to keep. I soon as i got here I applied for credit card but bec. I had no credit history here yet. I was always denied. All of the sudden, I received this card on the mail two days ago and thouht that "at last" I'm gonna get one and start building my credit. I kept on reading the terms and all that. I guess, I still can't believe that I'm actually getting one. So, I search the web and just like the rest, couldn't found anything about them. Except this site. Thank's so much. I'ld rather not have credit cards if it's just gonna give me problems. But, I still have a question just to make sure:

1. I have received the approved letter with the card but have not activated it by calling their tel. no. Does that mean that They don't have info or access to my bank acct. yet?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW...cause after all these reports about them...I'm still worried. We are already in a tough situation...Bills and Payments. And access to our bank acct. would be the last thing I'll ever dream about.

So, for all the other new comers...beware...be wise...and take note that it's okey to build your credit in a slower but SURE way.
