Complaint Review: CCA - First National Merchant Credit Card

I had activated this card. I didn't pay the whole 199.00, I only payed 139.99. I tryed to call and cancel my activation card before the money was taken out of my account. Every time I called and put in my activation membership number off the card the voice answering machine said it couldn't identify my number please hang up and call back. I did just that. It repeatly was saying the same thing. I know I was putting in the correct numbers.

I finally got in touch with a customer representative. I told her i tried to cancel my activation card before the due date and the money was taken out of my account and she told me it can't be refunded. I was very angry. I told them that I wanted everything cancel and I didnt' want nothing else taken out of my account.
