CCA First National ripoff, rude employees activation staff Las Vegas Nevada
I received my "card" in the mail today. I however had no intentions of activating it. I did want to find out who/where they got my name and address. I did an online search trying to find a website or more contact info. All I found were these reports of fraud.
I called the activation number since there was no other way to contact them. The first individual, obviously new, got flustered when i told him i didn't want to activate my card and only wanted to know how they got my name and address. He told me he just started and didn't know. I asked for his name and the name and number of his supervisor. It was obvious he was going through his rebuttal cards trying to find an answer for how they got my name. I then heard him tell his supervisor "this guy is giving me a hard time".
At that point his "supervisor", the girl training the new guy, took the line. All she would tell me was that they got my name from "various sources". I asked who and she refused. She then started laughing when i asked to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor also only gave me the run around about various sources that i "replied" to, I have NEVER replied to any unsolicited mail or e-mail. Through the entire conversation they continued to try and get me to activate my card.
Finally I was given a toll free number to have my name removed from their list. No one answered.
