I feel as though the government needs to pass tighter laws on the sales of personal credit information. This company must receive or purchase information from other companies which turn down people for credit.

I realy dont think CCA mails out there cards to people with good credit. This is preditory lending, or preying on those with low credit scores, and or those who have been denied credit for what ever reason. I think I have learned my leason this time and will be more cautious in the future, I have already paid the fees and received the worthless catalogs with all of the junk items in it. I would not purchase any of these items even if I were a teenager just starting out.

And as far as the Cash advance part, well the representative totally lied, telling me I am already approved for a $1500.00 cash advance, of course when you read the information, you are not. But one day I know that the wicked will cease from troubling. And the wealth of the wicked will be put to an end one day. I hope I will be able to witness the day when those who have thought of this way to obtain riches from others who realy do not have.

Credit Score

I had great credit until days before I received this card. I am not activating the card because thank goodness I decided to look it up on the internet first. My husband and I are trying to buy a house and we had very good credit. Nothing had changed except my getting this card when we found out that our credit score had dropped by 100 hundred points. I don't know if a lot of you know anything about credit scores but 100 points is a lot. We may be denied for the house because of this. I believe that CCA has something to do with this.

I hope that everyone reads all these reports before activating it like I did. Good luck to those that have been financially hurt by this company.
