Complaint Review: CCA

CCA ripoff, fraudulent billing, cancelled subscription and was still charged Las Vegas Nevada

In the early part of March I called CCA because I received a letter in the mail from them saying that I could get a credit card. So I went through the procedure and everything to activate the credit card.

What I was told was that if I didn't want to keep the card I needed to cancell before the first, because after the first they would debit 199.99 out of my account. The very next day I told my friend about the situation and she told me that she heard it was a fraud so I should cancel.

So that is what I did, I called CCA and talked to someone by the name of Marquez Holmes. He is the individual that cancelled my card activation. I thought everything was taken care of until I checked my account today and saw that they debited the 199.99 out of my account the beginning of this month.

When I called to try to clear up the situation, no one would talk to me...and when someone did talk to me they told me that there was nothing to talk about and that they couldn't do anything about the situation
