Complaint Review: CCA

I signed on with this company CCA thinking that I was going to receive a merchandise catalog and be able to order products they offered for my business. As time went on I never received a catalog, but this company has went into my checking account taking funds out without giving me notice.

The first $199.99 hey took from me they said was the membership fee, which at the time I set up for the minimun amount to be taken, but they took the full amount from me.

I received another letter from the company with the following charges to come out of my checking account:

7/26/02 $199.99 Membership Fee
10/01/02 $ 99.99 Credit Protection Shield (Free 30 day trial)
10/01/02 $ 99.99 Purchase Security Guard (Free 30 day trial)
10/01/02 $ 99.99 Annual Fee

Although they said that these fees would not come out if I called to cancel them ahead of time. I actually called and told them that I wanted to cancel my entire membership because of the way they took the $199.99 but no luck with that at all.

This company had dipped into my savings account and it has caused problems with my mortgage company getting their money each month. I don't take kindly to people,companies, or whomever that mess with the roof over my head! I've worked too long and hard for this scam crap, but I guess there's a first time for everything.

I just want this nightmare to be over with!!! Thank you!!
