CCACCS Credit Service Division ripoff Dishonest credit card appearance and unauthorized bank withdrawls Las Vegas Nevada
I thought I received a credit card application with a $6,500 limit with no apr for 12 months. I applied for the card in January of 2006 and was asked my bank information. I inquired as to why they needed my bank info and they said it was so I could pay my credit card balances.
I received the card, but then realized it was just a bad card. I then just threw it away because I wasn't going to worry about it.
I received a letter from my bank stating I had withdrawn out of my account more money than I had. I found this to be odd. I went online to look at the information about the withdrawal. It was from CCA. It gave a number so I called it to try and understand what was going on.
The customer service representative that I had spoken with was very disrespectful. I should have remembered her id number to turn her in, but didn't think about it. I tried to understand what was going on, but she very unhelpful. As a 19 year-old I just wanted the unauthorized withdrawals to cease and then got the information to cancel the account. I did not fight it. I then canceled the account and got a letter stating it was canceled.
Now, in August as I am reviewing my account information I see that they also took out three withdrawls in May for $99.00 each. I called them to demand my money back only to be given the run around.
I asked to speak with a manager and was told I agreed to the conditions and there was nothing to be done. I told her the company is misleading and I didnot authorize withdrawl on $400.00. She spoke to me with great disrespect and her id# is 2710. I finally spoke to a third person telling me that if I wanted my money back I would have to file fraud with my bank and if I felt like I was mislead they will try to find my tape. But all in all it will be a fight to be refunded my $400.00 so I begin here.
