Complaint Review: ccbill

   CCBILL   ripped me off   i made some charge backs 2 years ago  from bad services  i signed up for trial   subsciptions 

  i didnt know  the company held a black ball on any one who did that   i tried to sign up for a service and was turned down 3 times, as they wanted  to protect me they said ,  now they have all my info

 i have made several  purchases  on line   but never used CCbill   til now   and never made a charge back from bad service from the other cc companies , i use Paypal  now

I wonder if the web sites who hire this company know there going to loose more money  from stopping the customer in fear of a charge back versus a sale
