Complaint Review: CCC&R LLC

 CCC & R LLC is a management company that is located in California but own properties around Dallas Tx. Owners Christa, Cynthia, and Richard Hu (asain descent) are cheap and refuse to pay compensation for services rendered. In this particular case security services were provided to several properties they own and operate. The Hu family hired off duty police officers to provide a presence at their properties listed as some of the worse in Dallas Tx but required untraditional reporting procedures that were hard to follow. ( EX. After a shift worked, turn in an activity sheet with documented activity into an unsecure mailbox, then compose an email with that same activity and email it to three separate people.) Even though officers complied the Hu family paid officers at their own convienience issuing checks as much as 2 months after time was submitted. The Hu family terminated all officers and now refuses to pay the final two weeks owed to officers. Reasoning used for nonpayment is that if they didn't receive all papers turned into the unsecure mailbox, or all emails weren't submitted to all three entities they were not paying PERIOD.
