CCD Research, LLC False Advertisment/Contrapment by CCD Research, LLC Holly Hill Florida

On June 17, 2013 we were sent a letter from CCD Research inviting us to participate in their marketing study and promotion.  The letter indicated that "for your participation you will receive a Free Android Tablet Computer", and that we were under no obligation to pay, purchase or subscribe to anything to receive the tablet; and there was not cost for shipping and handling. Included was a toll free number (888)986-8173 and a package code provided when you call.  The signature on the letter is Patricia Smith CCD Research, LLC. www.ccdresearchgroup.com

The company requested our personal information, which included a copy of our driver's license, and the Product Request List (P10)-Tablet-3/2 Accomodations, Issue Date: 6/22/2013 4:00 p.m., Certificate: 160, 60, and the Customer Number which is the same as our package code number.

I attempted to call the telephone number provided (888)986-8173 and I received a voice message requesting my package code number, and informed me to e-mail the company at the e-mail address listed above.  I e-mailed CCD Research on more than one occasion and all e-mails were undeliverable.  I have retained copies of all e-mails that were forwarded and returned.

This company is not trustworthy, and should not be conspiring with other companies to participate in any marketing study/promotion when they are providing false and misleading information.  If you're invited to participate in the marketing study and informed that you'll receive a Free Android Tablet Computer, then after you sit through the 90/2hr advertising seminar the Tablet should be readily available to you.  If not, then CCD Research should indicate that the Tablet will be mailed to your address after you attend the marketing study in the letter they used to solicit your participation.

The Golbal Discovery Vacations company should not be involved with companies that solicit your participation to a marketing study that misleads customers, and fails to provide correct contact/response information.  The e-mail address and the telephone number are fraudulent, and this company should be held accountable for their actions.
