Complaint Review: CCDN R&G MARKETING CREDIT COLLECTION DEFENSE NETWORK

The above report falsely states that there is an association of Pierce and/or Boston with CCDN. Any and all associtions between these entities terminated in 2004.

The above report includes the names Pierce and Boston. All contact and/or association with CCDN was terminated in 2004. There has never been any assoication with R&G Marketing. Including the names Pierce and Boston in this report is false reporting.

In his latest post, Mr. Cohen states "They use the FDCPA as the justification for their debt help", which according to him is a scam.
The following paragraph is taken directly from Mr Cohens Credit Defense League website:


(The Credit Defense League monitors all activity of the Collection Process. This begins at the moment the Credit Card Issuer assigns the defaulted account to a Third Party Collection Agent.

At this time in the defaulted debt the Federal laws are supposed to be adhered to (The FDCPA), The Fair Debt Collection Practice Act comes into play. All communications which include telephone calls and written correspondence are to be handled within strict guidelines. If any attempt to depart from the prescribed mode of conduct is made the individual and the company employing them are liable for violations clearly prescribed under the law)

Now, if the other debt elimination companies that use the FDCPA laws are, in your opinion, scams, BUT you and your Credit Defense League also use the same FDCPA laws, then we can surely conclude that you and your Credit Defense League must also be a SCAM!

I agree with the above rebuttal, you must be using slander and trash talking to try and advertise your company.

I love being a collector. The more you trash each other, the more skeptics to these kind of programs emerge. No protection for dead beat debtors. Thank you
