Still another twist to this case. Yesterday morning, when I was called by a Ruth who claimed to own a firm called IMF sounded concerned about my problem. Then when she heard the name ROYAL CREDIT SERVICES, she played like she didn't know what I was talking about. She gave me the number 1-702-869-1551 as being her private office number. When she didn't follow through and have my money returned like she said she would, I called both the number she'd given me and the main office number, the supposed Corporate number for Royal Credit.

That number is 1-800-704-9552. I called several times yesterday and left messages at the 800 number for Royal Credit Services Corporate! The messages were rude and crude. Well yesterday afternoon, a weasel called me from CCFT complaining that I'd left messages that had one of the ladies in tears. Bozo didn't know I have caller ID.

If Ruth wasn't connected to ROYAL CREDIT SERVICES, why was she upset over the messages I'd left on their Corporate line? And if CCFT isn't connected to this scam, how is it that this weasel called me top complain about my calls to ROYAL CREDIT that upset RUTH? Today, Ruth's private number was busy most of the day. But 2 of CCFT's numbers weren't so I called them. At one, no one would answer. But at the second one, 702-254-5837, the person answering the phone suddenly didn't know what I was talking about.

This was the same person who called me yesterday complaining. Today, his name was Robert and he
owned Bauer Office Supply/Bower Office Supply located at 1500 South Wales in Las Vegas. He said he'd never heard about Royal Credit or knew anyone named RUTH! The more we talked, the more he revealed. I'd love to get this person in an interrogation room. He'd been crying like a little baby inside of 5 minutes.

When he got angry at me, he screamed into the phone I'm not with Royal Credit Services amd neither is RUTH! When I asked him what he meant, he said that I'd said that earlier in our conversations. When I reminded him that that was yesterday, he suddenly wanted me to call him back in 10 minutes. After talking to dim bulb awhile, I tried Ruth's private office number. Low and behold, RUTH's private office number yesterday is CEG's(CREDIT EDUCATION GROUP) customer service number. I told the young lady who I was and she put me on hold to go and get RUTH. The little bimbo disconnected me after a few minutes.

I called back and RUTH answered but denied she was RUTH. This person claimed she had just started this morning. I told her to go to www.ripoffreport.com to find out about the company she worked for. She(RUTH) said she didn't need to do that. Before I finished this report, someone from PAYMENT RESOURCES called saying that RUTH had just called him complaining about my calling her complaining about being ripped off by Royal Credit. She supposedly told this guy she wasn't connected to Royal Credit and wanted me to stop calling and harassing her.

The guy I was talking to said his firm couldn't OK the refund without Corporate Office OK. But he couldn't get in touch with Corporate because the only number he had was to one of their so called CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS, and not so surprising is that he had the main Corporate Number for Royal Credit as being 866-250-6035. This number is to Client Care Relations.

So once again, the circle continues to widen. Call these numbers and demand your money back. Call RUTH's main number which is now CEG once again and keep the pressure on them. They don't like it. And if people are pressuring them on the phone, they can't operate and if they can't operate, they can't make any money and can't rip off anyone

It may be kind of fun to keep calling this company, but I'm sure that everyone there, from the bottom to the top, is soundly ingrained with one guiding principle:

NEVER give ANYONE their MONEY BACK!

The clock is running, 60 days from when they charged. Dispute the charge at your bank (say "It was not authorized". Royal has to prove it was.), tell your bank to reverse it, and change your account number so Royal or whoever can't take it again. RUTH and everyone else are hoping they can give you the run-around until time is up. They won't give you your money back, you have to TAKE it.
