Complaint Review: cchairextensions

I bought 2 packs of the micro loop extension the platinum blonde and the jet black 18 inch. It reported that the hair was 100 percent remy . The description states that the hair last longer with out tangling. stays healthy and long even after washing. Able to use regular products with and can dye and use heat on I received the hair extension in 11 days. I open up the package and the hair extensions were folded In half so further examination the hair was attached to a card board not stating the type of hair I purchased. It had no labeling where the hair came from or type. So did I even get the hair I supposedly seen online. I guess ill never know. The hair was soft to touch but noticed the strands of hair wasn't all one length and uneven broken hair pieces through the strand and looked brittle . This is the first time I ever purchased hair and I was very excited to put them in and been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to arrive. So I figured maybe when I put them in it won't look to bad. Wasn't I wrong ! So after putting them in they started matting up and the hair looked so Fake felt like Barbie hair with broken pieces through the hair. It was so bad I had to take them out. I couldn't take the matting. It was no more then a week I was back in a chair for 3 hours removing them . I went to there website to fill out a review so other customers know that the hair extensions I received wasnt amped up to be. I sent my review on the product and a message said has to have approval before posting. To this day my review wasn't posted so I know all the bad reviews that anyone has ever posted never got posted for others like me now you to see . I have lost a great money lost from cchairextensions. I sent an email for the company to make it right with me and the company owner Tony has yet email me back as I would expect for an unprofessional so called business to do. I seen the same hair I supposedly got through Amazon the list price was 250 dollars and I will say this much I.did not receive 250 hair and that was only one pack was the list price. Receiving hair with no identity is what I got. Won't ever recommend buying from this site and cheated for my money! !!
