CCS 1First National Card They have missrepresented the company and charged my cking acct #498.97; 4 diff charges Las Vegas Nevada

When I received an offer for a credit card with high limit i called and once they explained the terms i gave permission to charge my checking acct for 199.99 and i will receive the package in 10-14 days. the package came 1 month later or more and read the terms and seen the type of merchandise they sell i decided to cancel. i called them on 7/16/07 and i was told to send a letter for them to cancel my card and nothing else. i was expecting a credit for the 199.99 back on the acct.

on 8/01/07 i have 3 other charges on my acct 2 of 99.99 and 1 of 99.00. immediately I called my bank to file a claim, I was told since the 3 transactions are pending I need to call after they actually post to the acct. and will be able to file claim on all 4 transactions. I also called ccs and I was told they have a record of my conversation on 7/16/07 however they did not received my letter and they will not give me credit for any charged posted.

I talked to the manager with ccs as well and the only thing he offered was a credit towards future purchase from the catalog. I told him the products in the catalog are not the quality I was told they will be that why was the reason for me to cancel my card in the 1st place.

At that point he stated he can not process any credits back but he could cancel my card but I will not get back the 498.97 they have already charged. 199.99 on 06/01/07 and 99.99, 99.99 and 99.00 on 08/01/07. I have heard of scams but never thought it could happen that easy. I will process a claim with my bank but I am afraid I will not get my money back. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
