CCS cannot cancel will not answer sent card & states you will be charged even if you do not activate rip-off Las Vegas Nevada

Received in mail from CCS Credit Service Division a card and letter describing charges. Supposed to be some type of network shopping but no website. Tried to call and say "I DO NOT WANT" but the 800 number stays busy.

How can they charge you if they do not activate? To my knowledge they do not have my checking account information.
