CCS/CCA First National Card well thought out fraud consumer fraud ripoff Las Vegas Nevada *UPDATE ..withdrawing additional $300!
I recieved the "credit card" in the mail and called and activated it. All of my questions were strategically answered enough to make me feel as though I was answered butnot enough to implecate them in a law suit. After I signed up for the card, I found tons of complaints on this fraudulant company and I attempted to call them back, but there was no answer.
So I immediately went to my bank withdrew all my money, and I wrote a letter to my bank telling them exactly what happened, explaining that any withdrawals are unauthorized. Im not sure as to what will happen with all this but when I hear further on this I will surely post an update.

Since my initial report, I have recieved a new letter from CCS saying that on December 1, 2002 they will be withdrawing and additional $300. Well good luck to them I no longer have that bank account. Oh and as faras there services go I have yet to recieve my Catalog, and I paid the extra money for the "Rush Service". I'd hate to see how long it takes if you dont pay for the rush service.
