i am reporting a fraud credit card company that has fraudently deducted 400.00 out of my checking acct with out authorization. i have contacted the company and insisted on a refund of the money but they indicated that the amt has already cleared with the bank. i contacted the bank and informed them of the situation and all they indicated was to file a dispute and they may not be able to dispute the chg because it has been over 60days. which is not fair due to the fact my terms and conditions state that customers are not liable for any fraud activity on their acct.
