Complaint Review: CCS Credit Service Division

I received a credit card from this company.I wanted to e-mail them but their e-mail is not available(It say's try later)well I have tryed all day today could not get through.

I tryed two phone numbers for them busy all day. Then I read per chance on the net that this is a bad company.
Well I can see why I looked up my acct., it said close to $300.00 was on my acct. already. I just got the card today. I was under the impression that annual would be $99.00.

So now I can not reach them to cancel this card. I am not working now so I can not scrape this kind of garbage out of my pocket. How the hell does one reach this company? Is there a direct e-mail address for them? I am going to mail them a letter with the card cut in half to see iof I get a responce. What should I do? I am trying to build up credit not screw it up.
