Ccs Credit Service Division ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
Last Year this company CCS. Credit Service Division from Las Vegas, NV. Automaticly withdrew over $250.00 from my personal account,promising me a credit card with a cash credit and credit to there catalog. to this date I have not recieved nothing, but more bills charging me and asking for my checking acct #. every month, the balance due is more for late fees Etc..
I have tried to contact them $ ask that they remove me from there records Iam not interested in there business,they will not help me unless i give them my personall information.ss#.birth date Etc.. I am very upset and detirmend to take further actions.please call me or write me if you have any ideas or can help. thank you

From what I have read of CCS, it sounds like there is a legitimate civil case against this company. I think that a mass tort law suit could be filed against this company. They have caused no physical harm but they caused financial harm and were reckless in their business practices or lack thereof. They could have caused people financial hardship. People paid money and expected a credit line of more than what they paid and instead are charged continuously for a service that is not being provided. In addition, the initial fee might have been authorized, however, the subsequent fees taken out of the account were not. This practice is fraudulent and unethical. Additionally, the initial fee was taken under false pretenses. So your verbal contract to pay this money is null and void. Here is my opinion: get a bunch of people together who fell for this same scam and sue those MOTHER HUBBARDS!
