I hope this helps someone avoid what my wife and I went through. We recieved a card with a $6500 credit line on it. My wife thought it was a regular credit card and was going to use it to consolidate our 3 other credit cards. Instead what we got was a catalog with overpriced and old merchandise in it that were supposed to use with the card.

In other words, we were misled! Once we realized the card's extreme limitations we contacted CCS and tried to cancel. Of course we got the run around. We had to call back again and was told that we had to write them a letter telling them we wanted to cancel, and they had to recieive the letter at least 3 business days before they billed us. They got the letter on Feb 1st and billed us on the 3rd. When we called them, they blamed us!!!!! Needless to say they didn't give us our money back.

Overall we have lost around $400 or $500 dollars because of them and are still recovering. I asked repeatedly if our account was definetly canceled and they said it is, but only time will tell if they keep their word. They care nothing for the consumer.
