Complaint Review: CCS Credit Service Division

I opened an account with this company. I told them I didn't want the benefits with totaled 200.00. They ask me to send it in writing and I did. Now, I have a bill with the two benefits on them. I talked to the supervisor and he refused to help me. Already I have paid them 200.00 for the membership. Now they send me another 300.00 bill and I haven't even bought a thing. I thought it would be a credit card but that was a bunch of bologna.
