This company took 1499.70 a year and I didn't know anything about it. I never bought anything from this company.

This ripoff is since 2001 till now and this past month was when I saw that they took three times the amount. MY bank told me that they can only give me back this month but the rest they can't do anything about it.

Can I still recover my money back? Please help if they can. Now I know why my account was always low on cash. Help me as soon as u can.

Thank you.

They don't have the right to take money from you with no explanation. What is their reason? What proof do they have of your authorization?

By now, I hope and pray you have changed ALL of your checking account numbers, because they just might continue to do the same thing. Treat it like THEFT and change all of your numbers.

I agree with what was previously mentioned. A lawsuit is in order, with a "Pro Bono" lawyer. This is someone who does not get paid, unless you win. You will also have to add their legal fees to your entitlement, in order to recieve the full reimbursement.

Your attorney might require contact information. This is what I am giving you now. I believe the address you posted has a clerical error. It is 61 W. Utah Ave,(not 81), 63#, Las Vegas, NV, 89102. This sounds like a drop box, and not an office location. The Principal/President is Mr. Eric Peterson. He is also your customer contact at this number: 1-702-256-3000. The business classification is: Mail order & Catalogue Shopping. Did you order something from a cataloge years ago? They've been around since 1996.

They also go by the name: CCS, another address is: 1501 S.Commerce St., 63#, Las Vegas, NV, 89102. You already have the list of other phone numbers, from the previous Rebuttal. Some might be disconnected. I have not tried any of this contact information.

MAKE THEM show you an Inventory or Itemized Receipt, with a listing of ALL products purchased, the dates when those items were purchase, and your authorization to withdraw money from your account. The WITHDRAWALS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT DO NOT COUNT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. Someone could have stolen your account number and had a field day. Don't let them tell you otherwise, because it's bull. They also have to detail HOW YOU PROVIDED AUTHORIZATION. Do they have your signature on record? Did you fill out and order form? Where is the proof?

If you would like to review their BBB Unsatisfactory Report access: http://www.vegasbbb.org/commonreport.html?comid=51381, date: 8-21-2003 They have 706 complaints, just in a recent time frame. I smell a rat.

Another site you might want to access is: http://www.eyeoncredit.com/ They have an index of warnings of which one applies to your situation. The article link was: http://www.eyeoncredit.com/warning/index-page-87.html.

There is an archive article you might review or give to your Attorney, if necessary at the Federal Trade Commission website. Access: http://www.ftc.gov/os/1998/06/compl9.pld.htm. IF that link doesn't work for you just access www.ftc.gov, then look for the Consumer Credit Services, Inc.-CMP article using the search engine, within the site. The Federal Trade Commission v. CCS is the Federal document Public Record. You might consider filing a report there as well.

I'm recommending that article just to convey the seriousness of the allegations you should place against them. Give a copy to your bank, maybe they'll think twice about allowing this business to make any withdrawals out anyones account.

You have to be careful not to give the wrong impression, and have everyone thinking you want to get out of paying a bill.

They can't just take your money and run.

Get back to us on this one. Let us know if they remove the charges on a voluntary basis or in
Court, because one way or another they have to remove them.

Hope this helps.

Salvador,

Why have you waited this long to even file a report on this website? This company has been withdrawing money from your account and now you think to act?

Go to your local police and file a criminal complaint! Next, go to your local TV consumer reporter and tell them. Then file a complaint against this firm with the FTC and the FBI!

Instruct your bank to NOT accept any further drafts from this firm. Or any all together.

Find out from your bank where the payments have gone all this time. Contact the receiving bank and file a complaint with them. Tell them that the money has been stolen from your account all these last months or years.

And finally, get yourself an attorney and sue them.

Some other numbers you might try to get ahold of the people that may have your money are:
702-254-2440,702-869-1551,800-704-9552,702-254-5837,702-254-5837,702-243-8265,702-254-3122,702-254-1158. ASK FOR RUTH OR LINDA!!

Respond to this Report!
