Complaint Review: CCS Aka First National Card

I was received a credit card from CCS, Credit service Division 61 W. Utah St., STE 63, Las Vegas, NV 89102 1-800-717-1278 or 1-702-256-3000.

They said if I called the number I would be able to use the card right away and they would charge me 200.00 membership fee which they would credit towards a 500.00 purchase.

Also mention was credit approved for $6500.00 with no interest. I am not stupid enough to fall for that but what if some one else does. Plus I do not wnat this to continue coming to me. How do I stop this???
