Complaint Review: ccs first national card

I recieved a card in the mail that had an activation code on the back. when i called the number they asked if i had a bank account. when i said no they gave me another number, which was long distance, that made me wonder. i did not call it and i advise noone else does either. what kind of company would send you a card with no catalog in which to order from and no information on how to get one. valerie west monroe, New York
