Complaint Review: CCS First National Card

CCS, First National Card sent me a card in the mail pre-approved for $6500.00. When I called to ask them about the program, they asked me for my name and address and said the will send me a cash card and credit card to buy from them. Las Vgeas Nevada

They approved me for $8000.00 over the phone for some sort of cash in advance. When I asked how do this program worked they gave me a pin number #1287 to activate the cash card they were going to send me in the mail. I thought about the program and called back to request a cancellation, but they refused to cancel.

They kept trying to get my social security number; and I told them they did not need my social security number to start the card, why would you need it to cancel the card, and they said I was being difficult. Whatever.....

No supervisor would speak with me, so I told them I would report them to my local police for fraud. Why should I be held accountable for a $190+ fee, when I want through the proper channels to cancel the card. Furthermore, I ran up at least 200 30 minutes on my cell phone waiting on them to answer the cancellation-line.

They should be put out of business, this has to be illegal!
