Complaint Review: CCS First National Merchant/Member Card

I received the First National Merchant/Member Card yesterday. I am so glad that I found this site. The very first thing that I noticed was the stamp on the envelope. Most stamps on any kind mail usually have a poist marked ink stamp from the post office, which is stamped over the original. So, when I called the 1-800-717-1278 I never got through, either it was busy or just kept ringing. There was als another number ( 702-256-3000 ) and the same - no response. I have no idea how this was sent to Me. Thank You so much for posting this site about this fake company. They need to be stopped. Sincerely, Kimberly San Diego, California
