Complaint Review: CCS FIRST NATIONAL

Big scam. I investigated this company and found that they were citied on 8 counts of fraud in the District Court of Nevada. I recieved this card and reported to the FTC. The envelope I recieved from them was not sealed and the postage stamp on the envelope was not cancelled by the postal service. I don't know if anyone has used this card and ran up charges or not, since the envelope was opon and not sealed. then they have the nerve to charge $300.oo dollars in advance. My guess is that someone charged on the card and that the $300.00 is to pay for the items that they ordered. Take action and file a complaint with the Federal Trades Commision. I did.
