for your outstanding job in consumer service.

I quit working for CCS today, thanks to your website and
all of the complaints about this scam company.

I was an activation operator for CCS and have made many deals for the company.... Sorry.

If I would have known what a scam it was when I started, I would have left sooner.. Thank god I was only there for 2 wks.

I recieved a call from a customer who wasn't yet activated and their account had been charged over $200. I asked one of the supervisor's about it and was told " If this company gets an account# it will hit it."

They scam you by telling you how great of a card you will be recieving and what a great deal $6,500 in no interest credit is.

If you have a checking account they will offer to raise your limit to $8500, and say "We are giving you this free trial period (up to 14 days) just so you can recieve your new cards and the catalog preview brochure. All you have to do is call this number before your activation period ends and we will cancel your cards and charge you nothing." From what I have read on this site that's bullshit.

DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR ACCOUNT # EVER!!!

I have seen the "new" catalog brochure and it is garbage. It looks like something you wold see in the middle of a newspaper and just through away.. Do not activate your card.
