Francis solicited a website from Rogue Star and proceeded to avoid payment and steal the site which was posted on his Godaddy URL, has now filed a false and slanderous report. if any Lawyer's are out there we would like to sue for defimation of character for this false posting:

we have texts and other correspondence to prove our side of the story, he does not have a shred of defense in this case, and if you Google his name he is under investigation and his former business partners all are looking for him. do not give this man tuition or loans for his non existent school
